Reactor support plate GO-OTP

System for rapid replacement of reactors to reduce downtime during cleaning and maintenance work.

GO-OPT-Ofenträgerplatte

In this construction, the reactors are built as easily exchangeable plug-in modules.

One of the modules is used in the GO-TOC P during ongoing measuring operation (online).

The second module is taken out of operation (offline) and serves as a standby reactor.

On the support plate, one module can be heated up to operating temperature in standby operation by means of a temperature controller and preflushed with air by means of an integrated pump.

If the online module in the GO-TOC becomes soiled, it is placed onto the support plate to cool down and quickly replaced by the prepared offline module.

After cooling down, it can be cleaned, repaired, and brought back to operating temperature. It then remains available as an offline module for replacement.
