Analysis & sample preparation

GO-TOC 100 P

Measuring system for continuous detection of total organic carbon (TOC) in water with automatic sample preparation. Optionally with TN measurement.

GO-TOC-100P-Messsystem

Online analysis system

Function

Measuring system for the determination of total (TC), organic (TOC), inorganic (TIC) or dissolved organic carbon (DOC) according to DIN 38409 part 3 / EN 1484 and for the optional determination of total bound nitrogen (TNb) according to DIN 38409 part 27 in water. With automatic sample preparation for process analysis or for manual or automatic single sample analysis.

Measured value display

The measured values are displayed in mg C/l or mg N/l.

How it works

The basis of the determination is the thermal-catalytic oxidation of the water constituents to be analysed. The quantity is determined in an infrared analyser. The gases CO2 for the carbon determination and NO for the nitrogen determination are detected (see also data sheet “Analysis procedure”). The process analysis works with continuous sample water supply and automatic TIC elimination. For laboratory analysis, the samples can be fed manually.
