The main focus when developing this device wasreducing the maintenance effort of our GO-TOC/TNb measuring devices.

During routine operations, the normal wear on the feed tube to the reactor leads to a slow but steady change in flow rate, which results in a change in the measured value.

In the past, such deviations were corrected by calibrating our GO-TOC TNb units.

To spare our customers this effort, we use a highly precise magnetic-diaphragm dosing pump in our new GO-3AP stripper. This pump conveys the stripped sample water into the reactor. To prevent unnecessary wear on the pump caused by particles, we have installed our GO-3A stripper upstream of it.

Thanks to the customizable setting and flushing times of the stripping unit and the wide range of adjustment options for the magnetic-diaphragm dosing pump, our customers can achieve a wide variety of optimizations.
