Preparation of raw gas for continuous gas analysis (process analysis).
Gases that have to be analysed, such as for emission measurement according to TA Luft, contain a number of components that interfere with the gas analysis. They produce false readings and can damage the gas analysers.
The sample gas conditioning system of the GO-MO series is used to condition such a raw gas for continuous gas analysis (process analysis). Interfering components of the raw gas must be removed from the sample gas in such a way that the measurement components (e.g. SO2, CO, NO etc.) are retained in the gas as completely as possible.
The GO-MO series sample gas conditioning system accomplishes this task using a patented cyclone heat exchanger that gently cleans and dries the sample gas and reduces washout effects.
The GO-MO 1 sample gas conditioning system includes a Peltier gas cooler and a condensate pump.
The sample gas conditioning system GO-MO 2 also includes a sample gas pump.
The cooling block temperature with the patented cyclone heat exchanger of the Peltier cooler inside is freely selectable in a range from 3°C to 15°C via a temperature controller located in the front cover of the housing.
All components are housed in a plastic casing for wall mounting. Mobile use is also possible at any time due to its low weight and compact dimensions.
